The Centro de Estudos Anterianos and Exemplo Extremo present, at the Casa Antero de Quental, a space dedicated to exploring reading aloud, where poetry serves as a starting point for discovering new possibilities of the voice.

The sessions, curated by Isaque Ferreira, cultural programmer and bibliophile, poetry reader, promoter of poetry cycles, reading workshops, and numerous events in this field, are led by Rui de Noronha Ozorio, poet, actor, director, voice trainer, reciter, and facilitator of poetic cycles and staged readings.

This workshop — taking place from April 1 to May 23, every Wednesday from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm — aims to work on aspects such as rhythm, breathing, and clarity, always with a focus on sharing and the joy of speaking. In parallel, it encourages encounters with different poets and literary universes, fostering new ways of listening, interpreting, and engaging with the word.

The training culminates in a final presentation of a simple format, where participants share their experiences of reading poetry aloud, accompanied by a solo musician, adding a rich sonic dimension to the performance.
