On July 2, the 13th edition of the event "Sámkhya Yoga on a Summer Night" will take place.
Organized by the Vila do Conde Áshrama – Center of Yoga, this initiative will be held at 9:30 p.m. at the Vila do Conde Memory Center, with the support of the Municipality of Vila do Conde.
A traditional Indian Yoga class for adults will be held on the lawn, while an indoor Yoga class for children aged 6 and over will take place inside the venue.
Open to all residents of the municipality, participation is free of charge but requires registration by July 1 via email: yogaviladoconde@gmail.com.
Participants are advised to bring a mat and wear warm, comfortable clothing.
