Alexandra Barbosa, born in Vila do Conde (1981), holds a degree in Fine Arts, with a specialisation in Printmaking (C.I.E.C. Foundation) and a Master’s degree in Artistic Production (University of Valencia). An award-winning artist and scholarship recipient in both Portugal and Spain, she has represented her country as a guest artist in Biennials and Triennials in Spain, Austria, China, Germany, and Serbia. With an exhibition career spanning four continents, her work is included in numerous public and private collections.
