Time: 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Location: Centro de Memória de Vila do Conde

Target Audience: Ages 6+
Registration Form (mandatory): https://forms.gle/LC48t3pMD4CSTiTJA
Minimum/Maximum Participants: 7–15
Registration Deadline: March 10
Free of charge
This traditional dance workshop invites the community to step into cultural heritage through circles, small jumps, and plenty of rhythm. Participants will explore Portuguese and international traditional dances, learning about the origins of the movements, their stories, and why they remain meaningful today.
With a strong practical focus (yes, it’s meant to get you moving!), attendees will learn characteristic steps, formations, and dynamics, always in direct dialogue with the music. The emphasis is on sharing, expressiveness, and teamwork — here, no one dances alone.
Open to all ages and experience levels, the workshop is a space for gathering, celebration, and good spirits, where tradition is experienced with the body… and a smile.
What to Bring: Comfortable clothing and footwear. Full skirts are welcome.
