The Orquestra do Norte presents a New Year’s Concert at the Vila do Conde Municipal Theatre, in an Opera Gala format, under the direction of guest conductor José Eduardo Gomes.

The melodies of Johann Strauss Jr. set the rhythm for a concert featuring some of his most famous works, where precision, elegance, and joy will be ever-present.

The Viennese musical fragrance will alternate with operatic excerpts from works by W. A. Mozart, G. Verdi, and G. Puccini, featuring the beautiful voices of Ana Rosa (soprano) and Sérgio Ramos (baritone).
