The Local Volunteer Bank (BLV) of Vila do Conde invites all interested citizens to take part in the initial volunteer training programme.

This training is a legal requirement of the BLV and is mandatory and completely free of charge. It is a fundamental step to ensure that volunteering is carried out in a conscious, ethical manner with real impact on the community.
