From June 15 to 21, 2026, EIXO Residências will host the project “Each Other” [Dance-Theatre], the first duo creation by Thalia Agapaki and Leonardo Gaipa.
On June 20, at 3:00 PM, at Rua Central 1010, Mosteiró / Vila do Conde, there will be an open rehearsal for the general public, where the artists will present the work developed during their Artistic Residency period.
This event is part of APACVC's "Workshops and Artistic Sharing Cycle", which aims to promote the exchange of experiences and knowledge among its members and the wider public. These gatherings also seek to encourage discussion and recognition of the diversity and vitality of Vila do Conde’s artistic community.
At the end of the session, there will be an opportunity for an informal conversation between the artists and the audience.
“Each Other” is a dance-theatre duo in which two clowns (Falù and Zveck) explore the contradictions of contemporary life: synchronicity, interconnectedness, and information overload. Their bodies are susceptible to repetition and dysfunction, while their actions reveal the tragicomic aspects of modern existence.
Combining humour and physical comedy, the piece offers a poetic and critical reflection on the challenges of our contemporary world.
