On National Scientists’ Day, the Vila do Conde Ciência Viva Centre inaugurates two exhibition spaces that have recently undergone renovation and renewal.

The central atrium has been transformed into an immersive installation, resulting from two artistic residencies, featuring a 360º painting and a large-scale sculpture by visual artist Catarina Glam, accompanied by a sound composition by musician Zé Figueiredo.

The aquarium room has also been refreshed, now welcoming new inhabitants such as seahorses, as well as a new piece of equipment: a touch tank.
